۱. هویت ارائهدهنده و پذیرش شرایط
حسابی (با نام پکیج com.amuhub.hesabi) یک اپلیکیشن اندروید است که زیر نام تجاری «آموهاب» (AmuHub) منتشر و اداره میشود. «آموهاب» یک نام تجاری است و یک شرکت جداگانه ثبتشده نیست. این اپلیکیشن از طریق یک حساب رسمی توسعهدهنده در گوگل پلی توزیع میشود. تمام اطلاعرسانیها، پرسشها و درخواستهای مربوط به این شرایط باید به آدرس support@amuhub.com فرستاده شود.
۲. ماهیت و دامنه کارکرد حسابی
حسابی یک دفترچه دیجیتال حسابداری و ثبت حساب نسیه است که برای مستندسازی معاملاتی که یک کسبوکار قبلاً با مشتریان خود انجام داده طراحی شده است. حسابی صرفاً یک ابزار یادداشت، ثبت و پیگیری حسابها است؛ این برنامه اعتبار مالی ارائه نمیکند، هیچ پولی را انتقال نمیدهد و هیچگونه پردازش یا تسویه مالی انجام نمیدهد.
۳. شرایط احراز هویت و سن مجاز
این برنامه برای استفاده افراد ۱۸ سال به بالا، صاحبان کسبوکار یا نمایندگان مجاز آنها ساخته شده است. حساب کاربری باید توسط فرد دارای صلاحیت برای مدیریت حسابهای دکان ایجاد شود.
۴. مسئولیتهای کاربر و امنیت حساب
کاربر در استفاده از حسابی متعهد به رعایت موارد زیر است:
مسئولیت صحت و درستی مبالغ، شرحها و دادههای واردشده بر عهده خود کاربر است.
حفظ محرمانگی رمز عبور و پینکد یا قفل امنیتی برنامه بر عهده کاربر است.
کاربر باید برای ثبت نام و شماره تماس مشتریان دلیل تجاری موجه داشته باشد و قوانین محلی مرتبط با حفاظت از اطلاعات را رعایت نماید.
۵. مالکیت و مدیریت دادههای مشتریان
کلیه اطلاعات، ارقام و سوابق مشتریان که در برنامه وارد میشوند دارایی کسبوکار همان کاربر محسوب میشوند. آموهاب (AmuHub) صرفاً ارائهدهنده بستر ذخیرهسازی محلی و همگامسازی ابری است و در محتوای حسابها دخل و تصرفی ندارد.
۶. عدم ارائه مشاوره مالی و عدم رسمیت اسناد حسابداری
حسابی مشاوره مالی یا حقوقی ارائه نمیکند. ارقام و ماندههای نمایشدادهشده صرفاً بر اساس یادداشتهای شخصی کاربر بوده و سند رسمی مالیاتی، گزارش رسمی مالی یا سند قضایی الزامآور به شمار نمیروند. آموهاب هیچگونه نقشی در تعهدات یا مطالبات بین دکاندار و مشتریان نداشته و در پیگیری، وصول یا میانجیگری حسابها دخالتی ندارد.
۷. دسترسپذیری سرویس و نسخه آزمایشی
برنامه حسابی در حال حاضر در مرحله آزمایش و استقرار قرار دارد. ممکن است دسترسی به بخشهای آنلاین یا همگامسازی ابری در زمانهایی با اختلال یا بهروزرسانی همراه باشد. کاربران توصیه میشوند از دادههای حیاتی کسبوکار خود نسخههای تکمیلی نیز نگهداری نمایند.
۸. حدود مسئولیت
تا حداکثر حدی که قانون قابلاجرا اجازه میدهد، آموهاب هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال خسارات غیرمستقیم، تبعی یا تجاری ناشی از ثبت اشتباه ارقام توسط کاربر، مفقودی تلفن همراه، یا اختلال موقت در همگامسازی بر عهده ندارد.
۹. فسخ و پایان استفاده از خدمات
کاربر در هر زمان میتواند حساب خود را مستقیماً از داخل برنامه یا از طریق راههای ارتباطی با احراز هویت پاک و حذف کند. آموهاب نیز در صورت نقض قوانین یا سوءاستفاده حق تعلیق دسترسی حساب متخلف را خواهد داشت.
۱۰. تغییرات در شرایط استفاده
آموهاب ممکن است در طول زمان این شرایط را بهروزرسانی کند. نسخه جدید همواره در همین صفحه به همراه تاریخ آخرین ویرایش منتشر خواهد شد.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Hesabi digital bookkeeping and ledger application. By using Hesabi, you agree to these terms.
1. Identity of Provider & Acceptance of Terms
Hesabi (package name: com.amuhub.hesabi) is an Android application published and operated under the trade name AmuHub. AmuHub is a trade name and is not a separately incorporated company. The application is distributed on Google Play through a registered Google Play developer account. All notices, questions, and requests relating to these Terms should be sent to support@amuhub.com.
2. Nature and Scope of Hesabi
Hesabi is a private bookkeeping and receivables ledger tool designed to record transactions that a business has already conducted with its own customers. Hesabi is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide credit, issue funds, process payments, or transfer money.
3. Eligibility & Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized representative of the business to create an account and use Hesabi.
4. User Responsibilities & Account Security
When using Hesabi, you agree to the following responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all ledger entries, customer names, and balance amounts.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, device PIN, and biometric app lock.
You must have a legitimate business purpose for recording any customer information and comply with applicable local regulations.
5. Customer Data Ownership
Customer records and transaction histories entered into Hesabi belong strictly to the user's business. AmuHub acts solely as a storage and cloud synchronization provider and does not claim ownership over your business records.
6. No Financial or Legal Advice / Not Official Financial Statements
Hesabi does not provide financial or legal advice. Balances and reports generated in the app reflect the user's internal bookkeeping and do not constitute official financial statements, tax records, or legally binding instruments. AmuHub is not a party to any transaction between a business and its customers and will not mediate, collect, or enforce any customer balance.
7. Service Availability & Staged Testing
Hesabi is provided during a testing and staged rollout phase. Service availability and cloud synchronization may be subject to occasional interruption or feature changes. Users should not rely on Hesabi as their sole repository for critical business records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmuHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including commercial losses arising from data entry errors, device loss, or temporary synchronization interruptions.
9. Account Termination & Deletion
Users may terminate their account at any time by deleting it directly within the app or by submitting a verified deletion request. AmuHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
10. Changes to Terms
AmuHub may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published directly on this page with the effective date.
